Developing Community Forestry in Liberia requires stakeholders to work together to design regulations, policies and guidelines to facilitate sustainability in the Community Forestry sub-sector.
Yesterday, TNC hosted the Community Forestry Working Group (CFWG) in its first Community Forest Management Planning (CFMP) Guidelines technical revision session.
The meeting brought together over 17 member organizations of the CFWG. Their inputs have greatly improved the CFMP guidelines. It’s a long journey of consultations. But, as a team, we will continue supporting sustainable Community Forest management in Liberia
