Today, our consortium (PADEV, TNC, ETP and GLWA) joined the FDA, EPA, Mines and Energy and CSOs to commence the implementation of the National REDD+ Communications Strategy.
It is going to be a big task to raise the profile of REDD+ nationally and sub nationally, ensure stakeholders are informed and participate in REDD+ related interventions, build capacity, align national policies - across LAND, AGRICULTURE, FORESTRY, ENVIRONMENT, MINING sectors.
Through coordination and collaboration, our team will build on previous and existing initiatives to raise REDD+ profile in Liberia.
